Zenthal Invoicing is for German merchants who invoice businesses and public authorities: turn an order into a compliant e-invoice, check it before you issue it, keep it archived, and send it to your customer.

• From order to invoice. Pick a Shopify order and the invoice is prefilled - customer, line items, VAT and the due date from the order's payment terms. Correct anything that needs it before you issue.
• Checked before it is issued. Every invoice is validated against the official rules for electronic invoices, and the result names what to fix. Download it as XRechnung XML or as a PDF/A at any point.
• Archived and delivered. Issuing stores the invoice as an unchangeable, GoBD-compliant record with its retention period, and sends it to your customer by e-mail under your own reply-to address.
